Refund policy

We want you to love your Fresh Juice Bottle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used juice bottles are not eligible for return.

🔄 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products

• Products returned after 7 days

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

🚚 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos or video of the product

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
